Oxford Risk Rating is a new generation of personnel assessment. It establishes a person’s risk profile by assessing their attitude towards risk at work and analysing their ability to calculate risk. Together these measures determine the level of comfort with which they take risks, and their degree of competence at taking risky decisions.
