Decision risk

Risks that are associated with the human decision-making process. The risk lies in the way in which decisions are made because humans do not always act rationally.

Oxford Risk Rating is an accurate and objective way of measuring a person’s risk tolerance in the workplace and their degree of competence at taking risky decisions. The assessment provides an excellent means for the public sector to show that it takes public safety very seriously. The assessment is a tremendously valuable tool for screening candidates who are being considered for roles where reducing the probability of losses is vital:

  • Police
  • Security services
  • Military
  • Safety inspectors and regulators
  • Quality control and assurance
  • Air traffic controllers
  • Transportation providers
  • Policy planners.
